What Information Do We Collect?

Abby Hill Media requires each client to provide us with personal information (collectively "Personally Identifiable Information") to access and use Abby Hill Media products and services. Abby Hill Media uses this information for administering its services to our customers and does not use such information for any other reason.

Certain personal information becomes public record when registering website domains with a hosting company. The hosting company provides this information to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). For example, a companies name, business address, contact information and registered agent name may become public information when a domain registration is filed. This information may be hidden or masked by the hosting provider for a fee to ensure further client privacy. ICANN publishes the names and addresses of domain registrants on WHOIS, a publicly accessible database located at https://whois.icann.org. The Abby Hill Media Privacy Policy does not cover third-party actions.

Traffic Data. Abby Hill Media may collect a variety of visitor data such as IP addresses, internet service provider (ISP), browser settings, information, referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and clickstream data (collectively "Visitor Data"). In the regular course of our business, Abby Hill Media may monitor and record phone conversations or email communications between you and Abby Hill Media employees for quality assurance purposes and training. We may receive unidentifiable data for analytics and confirmation when you open or click on content in an email assisting us in making our communications to you more meaningful and interesting. How Is My Information Used And Is My Information Shared?

If you want someone to have access to your order, you must list them as an authorized contact or they may not obtain information. Data Retention.
